Customer is expected to inspect all merchandise upon receipt and report any problems within one week. No claims will be accepted after this time.

At the time you place your order we will inform you of freight charges. You are welcome to arrange your own transportation.

Freight insurance is NOT included: - All Goods are shipped at purchaser’s risk, optional Insurance can be purchased.

1. Quoted prices are in USD and are subject to change. Final rate may be calculated with confirmation of order.

2. Standard payment terms - 50% deposit with purchase order, 50% prior to shipment. All funds have to be cleared before goods are released.

3. The customer will accept the risk and it is therefore recommended to have the appropriate insurance cover. GHMSG Pte. Ltd. cannot be held responsible for manufacturing delays outside their control.

4. GHMSG Pte. Ltd maintains ownership of all goods supplied until payment is received in full and cleared.

All products of GHMSG Pte. Ltd. sold under the registered trademark ROASTMAXTOR are sold with a One-year warranty on all electrical parts and a 10 year warranty on all other parts. No warranty for glasses and Plexiglas parts.
